I’ve always been sensitive to emotions, shifts in energy, and to what’s happening beneath the surface. As a child, that often felt confusing and lonely to carry.

Animals became my safe place. With them, communication didn’t need words, and they taught me I could just be myself. Art became another way to listen and express what I couldn’t always explain.

For a long time, I thought I needed to change or hide these parts of myself to belong. Eventually, I realized they weren’t something to fix or neglect, just something to understand.

Since then, I’ve spent years learning through my own inner work, teachers, elders, and lived experience, finding a way to live that feels honest, steady, and connected.

Now I work with people and animals in the same simple way I always have: by listening deeply, noticing what’s happening beneath the surface, and helping create space for clarity, relief, and reconnection.

These sessions are a space to slow down and listen to what your body is holding, what your heart is asking for, and what’s ready to shift.

My role is to listen with you, reflect with you, and help you reconnect with your own inner sense of direction. You already carry the wisdom; sometimes it just needs a little room to speak.

People often come to release old patterns, feel more grounded, understand what they’re carrying, or get clarity. We may work quietly, through conversation, or gentle awareness of the body; whatever feels supportive in the moment.

Changes can be subtle or significant. Some are felt right away, others unfold over time. There’s no rush, and no one right way for it to look.
